FBC Music Ministry

The goal of the music and worship ministry of First Baptist Church is “to encourage and enable everyone to actively participate in worship”. We do this by reaching across musical style and taste that presents the Gospel through a blended style of worship. We here at First Baptist Church offer different ways to be involved in the music ministry: worship choir, singing solos or ensembles, or leading in the children's choir program..

Worship Choir- Meets at 5:00 pm on Sundays in the Choir Room - The worship choir is the first place to be involved if you love to sing. The choir is the heartbeat of FBC’s music ministry. The choir leads our worship every Sunday morning as well as occasional Sunday specials. We also participate in the County Wide Christmas Cantata.

Solo Performance- This type of involvement is for those people who have the courage to stand before your peers and tell the story of Jesus Christ. If you feel led to minister in song and you prefer to sing solos, then our evening service and random morning service is the time for you. If you desire to sing during a worship service, then please contact the church office.
